I recently stayed at Hotel Mumbai House Andheri East in Mumbai for a business trip. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I must say, it was a great choice. OYO Homes definitely live up to their reputation of offering the most comfortable stay option for both corporate and leisure travelers. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant and convenient experience. The hotel facilities, such as the gym and restaurant, were also top-notch, adding to the overall satisfaction of my stay.

One minor issue I encountered during my stay was the airport pick-up service.

Mumbai, a bustling city with exquisite culture and diverse cuisine. A paradise for shopaholics and party animals. The banquet hall encourages creativity and conversation, while the library in the garden is a treasure trove. OYO assures "Sanitised Stays" where I can't touch anything. How thoughtful!

the front desk managers were attentive and resourceful, offering creative solutions to common requests. For instance, when I needed to make an outside call, they allowed me to use the handset at reception. They even arranged for a hotel car and bellboy to accompany me to the nearest currency exchange bureau when foreign currency couldn't be exchanged on-site. I also appreciated the complimentary airport drop-off/pick up service, which was both convenient and reliable. the staff's genuine politeness and friendliness added to the positive experience. the hotel's location near the Mumbai metro and commuter trains makes it a convenient choice for business travelers. the rooms were comfortable, providing a pleasant view of the surrounding trees. the free airport shuttle service was a great perk as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location. It's very next to the Carnival cinemas and close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds and excellent facilities, and the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

Oh, I just loved struggling to find the hotel in the middle of nowhere and the lack of hot water in the bathroom. So charming!

I had an amazing Easter holiday at this hotel! the staff was incredible and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They offered complimentary airport pick, up and drop, off, which saved me a lot of time and money. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One of the best things about this hotel was the delicious food at the restaurant. Everything I tried was exceptional, and the prices were very reasonable.
